About Bradon J. Smith

Bradon (“Brady”) focuses his practice on transportation law and logistics. Drawing on deep commercial and regulatory experience in rail transportation, and as in-house counsel to a large mass transit operator, Bradon advises supply chain stakeholders on a broad range of issues, including loss and damage to goods in carriage, drafting contracts, tariffs, service standards, and providing general corporate advice. Bradon also represents clients in transportation litigation in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies.

Bradon holds a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctorate with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law. He lives in Chicago.
