Meeting registration is still open!  It’s not too late to register.

The meeting will be held May 16-18, 2018 at the Hyatt McCormick Place in conjunction with Traffic Club of Chicago events.  Enjoy two exciting events in one location!

Cancellation/Refund Policies:

Conference Registration. Conference registrants canceling registration on or before April 25, 2018 will receive a full refund of the conference registration fee. No refunds will be issued after April 25, 2018.

Golf Registration.  Golf registrants canceling registration on or before April 25, 2018 will receive a full refund of the golf outing registration fee. No refunds will be issued after April 25, 2018.

Golf Outing

This year’s outing will be held at Cog Hill in Lemont, IL in partnership with the Traffic Club of Chicago (TCC).  NARS will have Course #1 at Cog Hill.  Those golfing through the Traffic Club will golf on Course #s 2, 3 and 4.   This is a great chance to connect with your NARS peers during golf and network with a broader group at the Networking BBQ.  To  register for the NARS Golf Outing, click on the link above.  To register for golf on the TCC courses, visit the Traffic Club site at http://www.traffic-club.org/events.

Green fees, Golf carts, Course contests.

Networking BBQ from 1:30PM – 5:30PM w/ open bar via separate ticket purchase.

Club Rentals
If you will be renting golf clubs for the Annual Dinner Golf Outing, we recommend reserving a set before-hand by calling the Cog Hill Pro Shop at (630) 257-5872 ext. 318.

Rain Policy
The NARS Golf Outing will take place rain or shine. If the course becomes unplayable due to severe weather, rain checks will be issued upon request.

Our group rate is $259.00 per night. This rate is available until all rooms have been reserved or until April 27, 2018. (All reservation requests and/or changes received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.)
