The registration fee is $110 for members and $135 for non-members, which includes everything except golf. There will be a reception, the evening of the 13th, with a full day meeting on the 14th.

Gary Kearby of ARL Leasing (312-906-5724) will coordinate the golf outing on July 13th. A registration form is attached, however the payment for golf should be sent to me. The registration fee is $100.00. The name of the outing is the Midwest Association of Rail Shippers Scholarship Outing. All proceeds from the outing will go to funding of the MARS Scholarship program for deserving students.

The hotel has allocated a block of rooms from July 11th through July 15th at a preferred rate of $140, single or double, for the luxury lodges, run of the house. There is a three day cancellation clause in our contract. Cutoff date for the preferred rate is June 12th. Our group rates are also available for three days prior and three days after our meeting, on a space available basis.

You can register online or download and fill out the registration form and send it back to me along with credit card information or a check made out to the Midwest Association of Rail Shippers. Also enclosed is a membership application for those who have not paid their 2009 dues and want to pay their dues separately from meeting registration.

A networking table will be available for company information. Dress business casual.

We also could use new sponsors, if you would like to help sponsor this event, please make your check payable to Midwest Association of Rail Shippers. Again, a portion of the proceeds from the event will fund the scholarship program.

We look forwards to seeing you in July.
